For warriors, elves/dark elves have the stsf legacy. Shifters, elves/dark-elves have the form edges. Aps, drow have the different way int affects them from other races. Bards, elves have a romantic bonus.

I think it is time for dark elf thieves to get a helping hand. Dark elf thieves should not be so rare! Permasneak is great, but the class' low hp coupled with racial low hp and low str (can't carry a lot of merchandise/preps) makes them a very challenging build.

I humbly ask Santa Umishuli for any of the following:

- Bonus study points based on int: 8 point bonus if int is 23, 10 if 24, 12 if 25
Or better yet

- Ability to convert 1 train to 5 study points

Or perhaps
- Backstab threshold is lower if int is 24 or higher and opponent can't see them (can backstab them when covered with bleeding wounds - elves are so clever and sneaky!)

And/or maybe
- an edge for intelligent races, when sneaking, good chance to evade skill-based first strikes from an opponent they can see (this would help frail little drow not get targeted and snuffed in raids so easily)

- let the subterranean stalker edge work in caves as well as underdark

- An edge to let dark elves or elves get/steal mithril/iron anything (choosing profit over pain)

To help our skinny nerdy thieves survive early on, and incentivise playing weaker but cleverer races, my request is to give them a bonus of 8 starting study points, plus 2 additional starting points per int point.
