I noticed today that the bard songs have been changed around a bit along with a couple other new things. I think this is just fabulous because bards were in dire need of some change. The problem is that a couple of my song percentages were severely off. I mean like for instance cold be sleep, now called lullaby was perfected and now seems to have dropped back down to 75 percent again. And some songs that i had not practiced a bit now seem to be perfected. I find this kind of an annoyance because I spent a lot of time trying to get it perfected only to have it blasted away by the change. I'm not sure if this just happened to me or if all bards were affected in the same way. At any rate the changes made to bards seem to be for the best and will hopefully convince more people to try a bard.

Unfortunately, the original bard code was over 10 years old and a few songs contained some glitches that made it impossible to convert the old progress to the song's new equivelent. It actually set your song skill to 1%. A 75% skill indicates our effort to restore it.

I have no idea why you have some that are 100% if you hadn't previously mastered them.

All old bards were affected with the problematic songs. Anyone noticing a previously practiced song at 1% can pray for a restore to 75% on relevant songs, but beyond that, we can't really restore each individual bard's progress.

Apologies for the inconvienience. It's kinda the prices of admission that characters that get the first shot at experimenting with changes may also be subject to a few drawbacks as well.
