I feel like I'd get yelled at for posting this on the bug board, so here it is here.
Should players carrying cabal items be able to use portals?
The echo for cabal items says that the cabal item prevents all forms of magical transportation, but I noticed someone use Dunya's Mirror to transport themselves from near the Spire to Outlander Refuge while carrying Scales.
Seems odd to me and out of line with how I thought the cabal item dynamic was supposed to work.

It's probably oversight. Neither the mirror, a portal, or totems should work while carrying a cabal item.
