#74258, "Items purge"
|
Hello all.
I'm able to play one day per week, and it's getting annoying to get all eq purged. I understand that it's anti-hoarding code, but if someone plays regularly, once a week, but 5-6 hours per session, it's not necessary?
Really frustrates and kills desire to play/come back. Worst anti-retention feature I ever seen.
Thanks.

This is alright, but 5-6 hours per week is enough to keep the items safe, no? Some players plays 1 hour per day, logging once per day, and nothing gets purged. But one long session, similar by time, makes items purged? It's like pointing on the door.

if you play 5 hours today for this week, but next week your day is friday with 12 days in between, you're probably going to lose some of the legendary items.
i don't think it is an avg of hours per week
you probably shouldn't have lim 1 or 2 gear if you're only on like 3 to 4 sessions a month. sounds like it is doing what it should do

My window between logins is 6or 7 days between, depends on the situation, not 12. Last two logins spent reequiping and that happened again, and that frustrated me. Lost everything, not legendary items - every single limited item.
Not going to whine or cry, but seems even if I would want to stay in CF, it's technicaly impossible now, so time to say bye-bye, since nobody care or admit that there is a problem.
