Question, does it make sense for the Hunt timer to stay in effect once the hunt is dead? 8 tics or more of no magical transportation. Seems like it should go if you managed to kill it.

But the no transportation part of the Hunt is one of it's biggest features. I guarantee the immortal who coded it meant it as "by design."

The Hunt was killed. Timer should be cleared.

But useable only under the open sky during the one week of the month when druids actually log in with consistency.

Just depends on how you look at it.
If you think the entire commune revolves around the pack of wild dogs and their handler, you would indeed think that all affects would cease once said dogs were dead.
If instead you look at the dogs as one part of a wider commune meant to put some poor civilised SOB in the shoes of a fox enduring an English foxhunt, well, then the torment not being over just by killing the hounds makes perfect sense.
You're an Imperial, I get it, the Hunt probably raped you at some point. Dying isn't fun. Don't go in wilderness during the full moon and take consolation that the player behind the druid got to have fun at least.

Just noticed you're an Imperial warrior. If anything, the druid has more room to complain about shove then you do to complain about the hunt.
