I submit that this spell should also function as a light for the person it is cast on. It only makes sense that if your skin is emitting light and making it more difficult to conceal yourself, that light should not leave you in total darkness in the absence of a torch.
Please: I know there are plenty of ways to see in the dark already, I am suggesting this for the sake of logic, and RP, and as it will not in any way affect the balance of the game, I would like it to be considered as such.

Along with a couple other perks? If so, I'm not sure of the value of this. If you want to let non-enemies see in the dark, ocular enhancement is a better choice, and I don't see any benefit to letting enemies see in the dark.
