Since only conjurers with archons can kill this, how about make it so evils dont call them? They are afterall an evil mob, make sense if they only attack goods.

Clairaudence is not exactly overpowered, why should it have like a 2% chance of randomly killing you. Short of having a healer next to you its impossible to kill this.

1: Just because a creature is evil does not mean it is friends with all other evil creatures, even if it somehow senses your heart is black and terrible.

2: It is a bit silly that you have so little chance of defeating it on your own, since scrying is not really something you would want to do in public, but if it is a risk attached to the type of spell, then you should not cast the spell without being prepared with company, or some other way of defeating it. It's a low-risk gamble, pure and simple.

long enough to kill it without help.

I did not say the archon does the fighting. Don't put words in my mouth. My exact words were "Not only archons CAN BE USED TO FIGHT THEM". If you have an archon, and you fight something, then you are in fact USING AN ARCHON TO FIGHT SOMETHING. What it does to help you fight is irrelevant.
