Hi

1) is there an edge against tiger claw's affect ?
2) is it true that after disrupted throat (http://forums.carrionfields.com/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=17&topic_id=8655&mesg_id=8655&page=) mage still can cast spells ?
