Evidently, Spellbane has been broken since mid June when Improbability Tunnel went in. AFAICT the only scenario in which Spellbane would've worked since then was against an Entropy character whose IT failed, ironically.

It only seemed to work when thirsting. I thought maybe it was due to a thin veil or something.
