What exactly do these "blender" edges do? Do they: 1.) Extend the duration of effect? 2.) Make them harder to resist? 3.) Increase the likelihood of extra effects (blindness, slow, confusion for neuro, forget for mind control, panic and toss weapon for fear, etc...)? 4.) Increase the level of the poison when concocted? 5.) Other?
How good are these edges, generally speaking? Is it a better use of EP to take multiple of these "blender" edges, or save EP for Devious Versatilty to pick up a few extra skills (in your opinion)?
I'm mostly directing this question at Imms, but players can answer also, provided that they answer from a position of experimentation and evidence, not just guessing, speculation, and assumption. I have no interest in speculation and assumptions.
