I won't name names but I know for 100% sure that LOTS of players are very very thankful for your recent change. It gives players that warm and fuzzy feeling when the imms show they are working to try and help the game. Even if lots of them are bitter knot-heads who only try to call out the staff negatively and they would never in a million years admit they are thankful, they ARE thankful.
