Do the "kick" and/or "brawling" skills figure into the success rate and/or damage of the "cheap shot" skill?

The help file says Elbow, Knee, Kick, and Hand to hand, those are likely the only skills affected since they're the only ones that contribute to it.

So do we know if "cheap shot" has a check on the player's "kick" skill?
