Is this also the case for blackjack?

I couldn't really figure out a way to tell you IC that I don't think that it does at all. As obviously my character has little knowledge of such. I'm pretty sure Nep posted on this some time ago.
Things that decrease successful blackjack are helmet AC, and being undead/certain edges.
