I've actually just mostly fleshed out what I wanted to do this Orctober. I do have an orc-centric quest happening, that should allow any other players to participate in either assisting, or opposing the orcs.

Any clues on how we can start it?

If you want to assemble an IC army of Orcs, I think it would be great fun. And there would be some Goblin support troops available now as well. (It is not a coincidence that Goblins open up when they do.)
