The part about STSF and adjusted int/wis. I felt like I had a few fights as Hal where it charged pretty quickly after a cranial. Enough so that I thought it a valid tactic to open with a cranial on certain characters, but, then I saw this and began to second guess the move.

Always was and still is current (modified) int/wis, both for the striking warrior and the target.

I know for certain it's worked that way since January of 2010 and I'm reasonably confident that it did so prior to then as well.

...headgear could lessen malediction affects from incarnadine and cranial.
I have no access to the code, so this is with no fact-checking.
