#62701, "Question About Religious Echoes."
|
I am a non-empowerment class who has not been tattooed, but is a devoted follower of one of Thera's immortals.
When I use certain preps I get an echo that includes the power of my patron being involved in the effects.
I'm guessing this is just a sign that a character is on the right religious track, but is there anything more to it than that?

To put it entirely bluntly, it more or less amounts to "Your Immortal has noticed that you're a follower, and has marked you down as such."
From the Immortal standpoint, it more or less lets me be lazy and check my followers easier. I believe it's also what those FEW priest edges check for when looking if you're with other faithful.
Personally, I give it out at the drop of a hat if you happen to follow me since it doesn't tend to impact much outside your character unless you're a priest. Other Immortals may not.
