So I heard through the grapevine that one of the current Imms tats does nothing at all. Like not even passive stats, which while I understand it is more of a RP tool, seems kinda lame. Seems like the newer Imms tats are in general like that. Is that a new direction, that tat's are more cosmetic rewards? Is that up to the Imm? Do the higher up the the Imm levels the better their tat can be? Also what the hell did Astein's tat do?!
