Why are some of the pk-related updates in a bigger font than others? Are they special somehow?

If I understand the Twitter machine correctly, it increases the font size for more popular tweets. In our case, bots (presumably) occasionally retweet our stuff and thus the tweets with one or more retweets/favorites get promoted to a larger font.
