The TMC admin(s) claim everything is working a-okay and we (or at least, I) haven't had any luck in convincing them to troubleshoot things. Supposedly this "problem" began right around the time they modified their spam/cheat detection, but that explanation doesn't really make sense to me for a number of reasons. Unfortunately, TMS hasn't been super receptive in the whole thing, and I haven't had the time/desire to bitch and moan more.
