#61806, "Frost Giant's coming back?"
|
Been gone for a long time, but I want to start playing again. Had this Frost giant idea in my backpocket for a really long time. Was wondering if they'd be coming back on Dec 21st like in the past?
Thanks and have a good day!

Make it cheaper perhaps? So that it would make sense taking it as a 15 int seasonal chump.

Any chance to make their inherent nicer? Scale it's damage up more or add some progs?

At level 51, a frostblade is already a free average 27 no_disarm weapon that casts cold spells.
Who do you think I am, Petunia Dursley?
(Answer's no, sorry.)

Thanks didn't realize it scaled that much. Also don't you need to take an expensive edge for it to cast cold spells? Anyway it's better then I thought it was.

This was an id I did on one with my last frost giant. Still not bad for something that you can create as an inherent IMHO. I didn't id every one I ever made, but seems like I remember being 22 avg whenever I did.
wilderness <1089hp 747m 344mv 27100tnl (-23.18%) 1 AM> co id blade You furrow your brow as you look through your possessions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- a heavy blade of ice can be referred to as 'frostblade frost blade'. It is worth 0 copper, and is of the 10th level of power. It is an exotic weapon with an attack type of piercing cold. It is made of ice and weighs 4 pounds 15 ounces. It can cause 9d4 points of damage, at average 22. When worn, it affects your damage roll by 2 points and your dexterity by 1 point. It is transparent. Upon death, it will crumble. It is immune to normal attempts of disarming. It has clearly been meant for a giant.
