At what point can you safely die after engaging in a PK fight without it counting as a PK death with the current system? If I can enter a guild/quit and die to a mob will it count as a PK for the last person I fought?

If you get back to 100% hp that clears PK people from your death mostly.

I was looking at Antone's pbf and he attacked me, I teleported and died and I didn't lose xp so I assumed it counted as a death but it's also not on his PK kills list.
It just seems strange ever since Daevryn made the change. I assume if you lose xp (whether it be from mob death or suicide) that didn't count as a pk win. But maybe not.
