Just noticed the ambiguous last sentence in the endure help file. Does that mean it gives -ac or something now, too?

ENDURE (493)

Syntax: endure

This is a meditation technique used to strengthen one's defense against
magical attacks. How much is dependant on how well the endure skill is
learned. Endure also helps in protection.
