How about that in the 20 seconds after you loot a corpse you did not kill, your pk extends upwards to hero?

This would mean that a lowbie would face some risk looting the corpse of a hero he did not kill, because the killer might wax the lowbie.

I just like the idea of "no pain, no gain".
