Why don't orcs have a real healer npc in the Village? They are stuck with one home town option and the closest healer to them (which they can use) is all the way over at the Inn.

They can carry blood and there's a swamp in the village for bloodletting, and they can hide there. It's just a different and IMO more interesting set of advantages than having a real healer.
The Orc village is part hometown part cabal but mostly is its own thing. Tremble fist, guards, Olog Hai (well not anymore). The terrain also provides orcs with several unique advantages. Well worth not having a regular healer IMO.

There are still olog-hai in the chief's chamber. Do you mean that they don't track?

Considerably reducing the tactical advantage they provide.
