How strong is nerve at the lower ranks?
Does it scale in potency with rank similar to kot/kan? Or is it always -3 str/dex/con?

Nerve stacks, it is a super strong ability at all levels because of this. As an example, in a long fight I had about 20 stacks of nerve for -3 con and dex each. So about -30 of each in the low 30's. Not to mention that every hit to the knee drops mv. I was -20% movement and have been as low as -900 movement from a fight against Crraya, the former battle commander.

I was -20% of 600 mv not long ago and it would have kept going down if I didn't get away via another means than running. The example I used when I was -900, was a defense shifter at the giant, in other words, no way to get away and a long time for Crraya to keep hitting me once I couldn't run. The big bug there was that I was a snake and a snake's only target was the knee, for -dex and mv every time, with no other nerve targets. This being fixed will make it less dangerous but still very challenging to retrieve from the village when an assassin is around.

It has nothing to do with the strength of the malediction. Which is what I am asking.
For instance. Kotegashi is like -9 str/dex at hero. But in the twenties it's only -4 str & dex.
I want to know if nerve is like this. It's -3 a pop at hero. But is it still -3 in the low ranks? Or is it like -1? Makes a difference in choosing to use it or something else in the low ranks.
