Hi, what is more important for shapeshifter dodge?

Lets say I have 24 dex and Average Dodge Ability
vs
20 dex and Excellent Dodge Ability.

Does it correlate to like,

24 dex and 75% dodge for the former
and
20 dex and 90% dodge for the latter?

I'm assuming Superior Dodge is 100% dodge. But I am probably wrong. superior dodge feels like 200% dodge, if that is even possible, lol.

This can't really be answered conclusively because "Superior Dodge" (and the other categories aren't a flat value but rather the description of a range of base dodge chances, meant to give you a rough idea of how well the form dodges.
