Honestly though, if someone is listed as "Dormant", assume that there is:

- A fairly high probability that they may be out of the loop completely.
- Little to no chance of them being able to immteract, even if they are still lurking.

If they are listed there it is because they are very infrequent and generally busy with life. And sure Lyr could come back in a week from now and have 10 hours a day to do Imm stuff, but only he would be aware of that possibility.
