#56518, "What does Contorting Metamorphosis actually do?"

Is it a roll to escape entwine? Anything else? Do I have to be "agile" at the time I try to shift? At least with the Healing one I can reasonably guess that it attempts to repair a maledict.

I've seen shifters "shapeshift" into the same form when entwined.
