I did not want to risk spamming the bugboard so could Daevryn, Valguarnera or Vilhazarog, who seem to do most bug sorting, let me know if I did post about storm cloak being broken or did I imagine it?
Basically it doesn't protect against bash and lightning hits groupmates. The latter might be by design but I am sure the first bit isn't.
