Is this legacy JUST 8 damroll, or is there a bit more to it?
The main reason I ask if that I'm toying with a few warrior builds. I chose this legacy for shiggles on Hralpelk and swear I felt like I hit way harder than any of my warriors before or since, but I don't know if that was a combination of other factors.
With Hralpelk it seemed I always just hit...hard. And the only way I could justify it was chilling embrace, but +8 damroll didn't seem to be the answer.
