#54419, "Tribunal Induction"

Why not allow PCs to induct non-orderly individuals? In fact, why not expand it the other direction and allow PCs to induct evils in to fort, goodies into empire, and so on.

It allows for mistakes to happen and even gives veil of souls a purpose perhaps?

I know this kind of thing is tough for both players and admin to swallow, but seems to me it allows a small margin for some strange stuff to go down. Strange stuff should be allowed to go down.

Arcane thief spies in every cabal!

I was thinking to myself earlier that it would be kind of neat if you couldn't see race or class on who. Is that guy over there a paladin? Is he an antipaladin? Maybe I'll actually read his description to try and get a read on him if I don't know.

But that's never going to happen. IRL you have to introduce yourself to people but in CF people refer to each other by name without it ever being mentioned IC.

It's just the way it is, but for alignment at least there is a skill to specifically hide what you are!

But Saersha did find some use with veil of souls to keep friendly with some Nexuns during Fort heavy times. Even Gedunthos took the bait. I loved me some veil of souls.

They should split it to a low level hide alignment skill and a higher level skill that does the other nifty stuff of "veil of souls." Which, I assume, is stuff like helping vs. conjurer clair spells and paladin track the wicked type stuff.

I've put together at least four different roles depending on hide alignment to carry out my goals, but soloing a thief hidden enough that no one ever sees his/her alignment before I get the skill is some rough stuff.

At opposite ends of the day. Solorank and never confuse their playtimes. When the time is right, switch their playtimes.
