Is it intended to the extent it's happening?

I fled from another a-p earlier, teleported into the ice dragon lair, only thing I was afflicted by was blind and had about half hp. I died to a mob in there and the a-p I teleported from got a charge.

Just plagued and poisoned another a-p, he teleported. About 5-10 minutes later I see him in the same area as me, he teleports, mob dies (presumably) and I get a charge. But he told me he wasn't effected by anything of mine still (and he shouldn't have been, curse maybe).

Not really complaining, and I know it was said it is quirky, just curious if it's meant to be quite that way.

Actually maybe I should have bug boarded this. But yeah.

If you forced someone to teleport to their death, you get the PKwin/charges.

First example seems perfectly correct. He made you teleport/die, he gets a PKwin/charge. What's the problem here?

Second example, 5-10 minutes afterwards seems like a long time.

The first I am meh with, mostly because the mobs did more than half the job. But it's reasonable.

The second example just seems like free pkWins you don't really deserve.

The PC scares the other PC so much that they make a dreaded mistake, in this case, teleport. It is no different than when fighting outside a cabal inner or an auto attack mob that a pc flees into and dies. Regardless of who does the damage, the initial PC forced them to make the mistake to begin with. I do think the timer may be less than the 5-10 min though. I fought 5 people within 5-10 min but in the end, only one was recorded with the PK death which I saw in my PBF. If they use the same calculation, it should wear off pretty quick.

Also, I see this is more or less the same as any old mob with you that is doing damage, guards, nightwalker, servitors, mercenary, conjured elemental, etc. In your example, they wouldn't have died if they hadn't seen you and teleported.
