I've noticed that both thief guilds in arial city only offer general thief skills, rather than any path skills. Was this intentional, or an oversight? And if it was intentional, what was the reasoning behind not giving them an actual path? One of them even sells stuff for binding people, but then doesn't teach bindings. Just seems kinda odd to me.
