Everyone is always talking about how they miss when we had 100 + players on so Thrak had the awesome idea of trying to arrange a night where we all log on and see if we can break 100 again.

We're going to try the first of these on 12/15 from 6 pm gametime to 1 am.

During this time we'll have double xp and 1.5 learning rate running.

The immstaff is also committed to making this a night to remember. Watch Facebook and Twitter because we'll be giving out hints of what's to come over the next two weeks.

Would it be possible to have one of the next events like that on a Saturday or Friday?

The whole thing ended roughly at the time when I had to get up and go to work... I could imagine that other euro-zone Players would be grateful for that as well.

We will keep that in mind for sure. We all had a pretty awesome time with this and hopefully we can pull together some more fun events like this. We'll keep in mind your Friday/Saturday suggestion.

It was 9am in SEA and I logged on for 30 minutes at work just to bump up numbers and was so scared my boss would f### me over!!

The event was a huge success and I believe we actually reached 102 players online at one point including imms. We had plenty of events, lots of empowerment classes got juiced and there was a whole hell of a lot of killing. One of our players even mentioned how refreshing it was to have levelling be risky again with the areas getting crowded. So a huge, huge, huge *THANK YOU* to the playerbase for making this memorable. This event wouldn't have been nearly as fun if you all hadn't showed up to make it what it is. I don't think we as a staff do as good as a job as we could saying thanks to you all. This game wouldn't be what it was without you or the staff. That said, we tracked some stats for the event, so I thought I'd post them here:

I may not have done any of the scavenger hunts, but it was awesome to be a part of this event.

Haven't had the motivation to get anything and not delete it after level 30 since my last major powerhouse character met his demise. About 10 months now.

If this is the direction CF is taking, I'm interested again for sure. Count me in, I even got myself a couple day head start in anticipation for such an awesome night.

I will be vis in the evening, doing the easy empowerment thing up to 51. I have a few quests that I will be running based on what level you are with a Monte Hall type of reward structure. Beware which door, curtain or box you pick...

If you are lucky, I may even kill a few of you with some nasties or Fred the Head.

In the morning and early afternoon I will be vis. I will be in and out AFK since I'll be at work, but I'll be doing the super easy empowerment thing. Unfortunately this won't be a very in depth interaction so I'll make a note on folks I empower this way to follow-up for a more fun and in depth chat. You know, get the full Arv experience....for better or worse.

It'll be a full on to 51 empowerment and if you're a shaman I'll toss an added bonus of letting you pick your first path. (Uh, of the ones I offer)

Later I'll be more present and present more full interactions and I'll try to throw together a fun more RP centric quest/event involving some of Thera's past heroes.

I won't be around too much in the late evening, though that's a normal time of mine.

Though with less work. Working on a Sunday is crazy talk. I will be on with Ray but if you send up an inspired pray for Baer, know how to find her shrine and have a decent role, I'll empower on her 'behalf'.

I wanted to know if rolling up a character now, get my desc & role squared away, go through the newbie academy, etc. get to around level 10-11 if I'd get the same treatment Sunday, or if I'm better off waiting to start then?

If the player chooses to be a paladin, will you let them pick their virtue as well, or is this picking of additional "benefits" limited only to the shaman class?

I only extended this to shaman. I may consider something like that for paladins if we do a similar event in the future.
