I was curious when you might use chromatic fire, considering it also has 2 round lag on it.
I am also still curious of the actual affects of havoc and disorient.

If the sup is anything like the old Entropy power, I know it can do some pretty cool things. When (and if) chromatic fire does damage, does it hurt Orderly people more?
I also would be interested in better understanding the effects of havoc and disorient.

How many people are really going to roleplay it properly? 1/20? There's a reason why it's not a general use spell for transmuters.

Someone may not roleplay it properly, but it remains a potential roleplay hook. Why take that out just because someone chooses to ignore it?
I could see if it was permanent, because if someone doesn't want to be a girl they don't have to. Petty still, but a delete that should be avoided since there is little gain.
When it's temporary they can either:
A. Ignore it and move along or
B. Use it as a hook and run with it.

I didn't know CF was PG-13, but that sounds like a solid reason to not have "change sex" at all. Along with a host of other things I'm sure. Including a current religion.
