Can somebody look at it please? With evade at 100%, after picking Evasive and Gnomish Tactician, I still evade anything extremely rarely, maybe 3-5% at the most, and that's probably generous. On a previous char that was Arial with 100% evade and Evasive it seemed much, much easier to evade stuff, like 15-20%. My impression was that the Tactician makes the gnome evade like an arial, was I completely wrong? (No other factors at play, wis and all stats are maxxed).

It works, but you're both overestimating how well an arial evades and underestimating how well you do.

That being said, no, it's not the equal of having a 25 dex. It's a very sizeable improvement over where you'd be without it, though. Probably you're more on the order of magnitude of elf evade.

Seems like comparative measures like this would help people understand what they are picking.
