#52345, "Renewal of Spring"
|
I very much appreciate a lot of new information being shared with the playerbase on some of the more hidden aspects of the game. I don't want to push my luck, but would it be possible to reveal the value at which warrior's constitution is "frozen" with the Renewal of Spring?
If I properly understood Daevryn's previous post on this subject, Renewal of Spring fixes constitution at a certain number and regen is always checked against that number rather than natural con (assuming of course such number is higher than natural con).
To put it more into context, I'm curious: strength-based human warrior has 20 con. I want to pick Whispers and Renewal in the hope of "artificially" bringing con above 20 and maximizing Whispers regen at an above 20 point. Is this possible? Or better yet, wood-elven warrior with Whispers and Renewal of Spring... what con number will Whispers check for regen?
Thank you in advance.

Off the top of my head, I can safely say that the two Legacies can work with each other (if you really wanted to make a HP regen monster) and that a human warrior with Renewal would regen more HP than one without.
I can't see much if any realistic case in which Renewal wouldn't improve your HP regen; it's just a matter whether it improves it enough for the cost you're paying to get it.

That Renewal would always help HP regen (though not to the level of whispers with max natural con?) is something that could definitely be in there. As would the number of con it gives (5?) and anything about how it helps with saves against various disease/poison etc. based spells/communes?
Thanks.

This has always been a hard legacy to get straight up info on. It's secret must be over powered.
