I was sphere Anger paladin and Sacer convinced my character to be persuaded over to the dark... around level 20 I was made an anti-paladin.
This was *LONG* ago, but to this day one of the more cool memories for me in CF history.

Like, paladin from 20 and below and 20+ AP?
Really a cool idea! I would think that would be a cool way to go. I have a few ideas that are rolling around in the noggin right now that I think would be a lot of fun to RP and play.

What possibilty is there of this bringing more than just a waste of time?
Would it be a bunch of work and coding to make is possible or are there already things in place for it? When I say possible I meant more than the alignment change. What would the losses be to the class/player?

You will lose all your supplications and you will gain the betrayer vuln. That is pretty much the standard for an align change. Hell, you might even lose the dedication specific skills too, but that one I am not so sure on. Now, if you cared enough to invest the effort and have a great role to play out for the char, there is a really good chance that you would be able to get the betrayer vuln removed and possibly even get some supplicants returned. I am a hard sell to think that you would ever regain all of your supps though. Whether or not the idea is a waste of time really is dependent on you.
My advice, write the role for it and try to send it up the ladder as a "custom combo" and see if they bite. If so, you will know that your chances of success are higher without sinking the hours into the actual char and having it go nowhere.

I think I stuck around being evil for... I don't know, 80 hours or so? Was rough as hell back in 2000 or so. heh Always shoot first and then call whatever you hit the target.
