If I hate humans and a human is shifted into a tiger, will I get the bonus? or would I need feline hatred for that?

In that specific case, either human hatred or feline hatred would provide a bonus.
In general, real race hatred that matches against a shifted character will function, and avian/feline will additionally work against avian/feline forms.
