-Are ranger spells based on intelligence or wisdom?
-Does wood-elf "bonus" cross most druid/ranger abilities or just the few mentioned in the helpfile (camo, fashion staff, entangle).
-Can you shadow drag in the wilderness?
-Was it true that hypnotize was reworked recently? (It was horrendous before..)

>-Are ranger spells based on intelligence or wisdom?

Mostly neither. Without looking, I think some of the animist spells would be an exception.

It's not every ability but it might be a few more than that.

>-Can you shadow drag in the wilderness?

Never tried it.

I improved it a fair bit at some point, but I don't remember when that was.

-An exception in which way...int or wis?
-Assuming animism is basically "spellcraft" if I remember right...is it int or wis-based?
-Can you try to shadow drag in the wilderness then, pretty please
-Mind elaborating what you did to improve it? Before it was pretty useless as I said and it'd need a real sizable boost to merit that path.... I honestly can't remember if I tried it after or before this either. At best I remember being able to make someone flee once (rarely) or do one of the "lower" funky spells like burden. Nothing worth the 34 points it takes to get there...and most of the path is pretty "meh" besides the early scrolls/lore and lore of the ages.

It seemed that being a wood elf helped your spells, so maybe some spells are better with wood elf, or maybe wood elf int made a difference.

Just my two cents.

Ow! My ovaries!

You have as good of answers as I can give you without digging through the code, which is not on my agenda for the night. Sorry if that's not as helpful as you would like.
