Ten brave souls have stepped forward and will compete in the Third Tournament
of Thirteen. Although the number is not lucky, the tournament will go on as
planned. Remember, the Tournament will start promptly at 17:00 (system time)
on Thursday, April 4.

Betting in person will start at 16:30 and go up until the beginning of the
tournament at 17:00. The details of your bet can be discussed with Whiysdan.
Should you not be able to make the tournament, you are free to place your bets
ahead of time with a note to him directly. Please note that just because you
propose a bet, it is up to Whiysdan to accept it or not. Be warned, it is
VERY unlucky to not make good on your debt with the Lord of Luck.
