Is it ethos align, sphere, a range of spheres, tattoed followers, some combination thereof, or something else? Curious who can really benefit from it. Is it more of an Empire edge where everyone is the same ethos align or more of a fort edge where you are likely to have more people who follow the same religion, but perhaps different spheres.

So just so long as the person you're with has the same name strung to their prayers.

Is that it would seem to favour those who are already "in power".

Generally you don't get lots of people in the same religion, unless there are LOTS AND LOTS fighting for the side that happens to have that religion as an option.

As you said, you generally don't get lots of people in the same religion. Even when you do, it's not THAT many people (and even if there is, it's usually just a surge before turnover starts happening.) Ebb and flow of power is part of the game.

People might pick this edge if reflects on their RP (being zealous about their god), or it's a good candidate for being granted by an imm.

My favorite thing about edges is that they are a great way to give quick, fun rewards to people without having to agonize over it. Power of Faith is exactly the kind the edge I might give to a priest just for being eloquent about representing my religion. Maybe it only boosts their supplications one one other guy, but it's a way to acknowledge a particular accomplishment without to agonize whether they've already gotten too much/too little/whatever in terms of other quest rewards. They aren't designed to be game-changers.

Why can't I get sickly overpowered rewards like this while ignoring RP, it's not fair.
