OK, first, please ignore the lastname fail on the original in-game note. I goofed when handing out a lastname. You should encourage me to hand out last names and be nice 
Second, I think the rules are self explanatory, but basically, to enter the role contest and have your role evaluated, you need to have 100 hours on the character by January 1, 2013. I'll log in sometime during that day and check.
