Would be easy enough to set up a trigger to do a turn in logging, score, stop logging, deactivate itself for each bracket and put age in your prompt between some special chars.
I think all the factors you mention affect the years aged per hour played. I think the transition points are fixed (although age death is variable across chars of the same combo)
I think this should be common knowledge (not knowing how old is old... That's fantasy). I also like to be aware of how close I am to eating the con loss of the older age brackets
