Is there/Was there any IC explanation for their orc-blocking behavior? Is it related to Orctober (now pretty much over) or Goblins (not yet released) or something else, because it is fairly annoying and no explanation has been given, at least not one Krunk has seen.

Seasonal here means periodic rather than corresponding to RL seasons. Goblins will partially overlap with Frost Giants (which go live again on 21 DEC).
