A violent racist
Ethics: Never intentionally kill a good human Kill neutral an evil humans in defense Do nice things for humans Kill all evil and neutral non-humans Talk first but often kill good multi-align non-humans Mostly leave elves, storms alone, kill in defense. Kill all anti-paladins, necromancers and scions Kill priests of non-human gods, except paladins. Never travel/do business or help any non-human
Motivation is world peace and harmony.
Is this a neutral or evil character in CF terms?

With this kind of role, you shouldn't knowingly go after goodies if you choose to be neutral. If you know a non-human to be goodly, don't go after him just like the goodly races. Frequently killing goodies may get you turned evil.

Priests of elf gods like Baer too? It would make sense if you would amend this to mean non-good non-human gods while letting priests of goodly gods be. This is, assuming that you are not evil. If you are evil, don't make the exception for storms and elves.
