I'd bet bloodthirst is one of the abilities it helps against. Doesn't bloodthirst = auto attack?

In this case, bloodthirst is reference, but is obviously a typo and meant to be bloodlust. Meaning you need bloodlust at a certain % to get reckless abandon edge. Sort of like you need plague and energy drain to get harvester of woe edge.
