Having been playing a centaur for ~20 hours now and after a lot of scrounging I'd just like to bring two points up to the immstaff/team centaur.

We can't use a lot of emotes that require hands(such as the onefinger one) that I feel like you should be able to use...since we have hands.

Also, centaur gear is very scarce. I've found a good bit, ironically the best centaur gear I've found is on a female centaur and her gear is female only. I assume this is by design since she is female and the gear has a sort of feminine vibe to it.

Third, it other races can wear foreleg gear, but centaur cannot wear regular leg gear. Sort of interesting, but a bit of a double standard I think.

Fourthly, even though we have tails, a lot of tail items don't fit.(for instance the tail ring from a certain felar around ar'atouldain)

Other than that I thoroughly enjoy the centaur life/roleplay/playstyle, I think they fill a neat niche in the CF world.

This is true of centaur-specific gear. I will endeavor to make this less true, though it will still remain fairly uncommon. Keep in mind that horses (the few that are in CF) may have gear that works for you as well.

The item you mention is made specifically for a feline tail (which is different than an equine tail).

Thanks for your response and addressing some of the things that I brought up.

As for the gear scarcity, I've actually lucked out and found a decent number of pieces, about 2 per slot I would say, as of now. However I should say that I haven't yet seen much in the way of good gear, IE suitable for levels 25+ or whatnot. That said, I still have a lot of exploring to do in that area too.

Does that mean centaurs will be susceptible to wrist breaking and whatnot? I thought it was sort of silly when I heard an assassin complain about not being able to break their wrists...which they clearly have.

Also, would a centaur hand spec had the same problems? Seems like it might be along the same line of code.

The missing line in their race definition probably affected the former but not the latter.
