1) Does this legacy increase the number of hours your character would live before age dying?
If so...
2) Would this stack with leader age?
Also
3) What does this legacy actually do?

It is a legacy that gives you leader con. 5 deaths per con point. Nothing more, nothing less.
If you are a cabal leader and a warrior, you already have leader con, and if you take this legacy than you have wasted a legacy. There is no echelon of constitution points that exceeds leader con.

and I'm almost 100% sure this wasn't what was said. Specifically the opposite of this. Perhaps you know from experience (I don't) but I don't believe this is true.
From what I recall (without searching because I don't actually care) it mitigates stat loss from age. Something about saves vs. things that check con (like rot, poison plague etc.) and perhaps something else.

I took it in like 2002 maybe? And that was when someone IC told me I'd have more con (when I was low on con at the time) And since the source was a Fortress Leader, my newb ass believed them. woopsies!
however, I do think there is a legacy that might give leader con, not sure though

Renewal of Spring does a few things.
1. Renews your springs if you are a mechanical construct or half-mechanical being.
2. Makes sleeping more regenerative as your bed springs have now been renewed.
3. Although rare, rangers, druids, healers, and invokers that receive this legacy will see healing bonuses added to their created springs.
4. The warrior now moves like he has pathfinding, a renewed spring in his/her step if you will.
5. Staff warriors gain the ability to turn back time, but only during the Spring season.
6. All warriors with this legacy gain the ability to automatically untangle their slinkies.

Given Daevryn's supposed hatred of misinformation, I decided to post some in hopes of getting a quick and informative response. No dice.
