#42420, "Taking Nexus Library Submissions"
|
I'm in the process of adding a thing or two to the Nexus Island, and I know the library there is a little sparse.
Anyone who's played a quality Nexus char that wants to contribute some wisdom in the form of a tablet, journal, book, scroll, etc, can feel free to write it up and email it to Rayihn@carrionfields.com. I'll take a look at what gets submitted and see what makes sense to put in. Feel free to include your character's names and I can put them in as the authors. Thanks all!

Would info on what bonding offers on a class to class basis be valid info? Perhaps areas to go and look for "magic artifacts" for shifting the veil be ok? I have been trying to decide what if anything to offer, but I don't know what is acceptable or what you don't want to be made so public.

My POV up to this point has been that as long as it's IC, anything goes. I've given lists (via 'tell' or 'say' to quite a few Villagers) but I've also been told IC that it's better to keep those things to yourself.
What's the IMM opinion?

I would steer more towards general dogma and less from game mechanics. Sometimes we change the code, and don't always remember that we had txt in game stipulating what that code should do.
